My background as a sprinter first sparked a deep fascination with how the human body and mind work together. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to extensive study and continuous learning — diving into biomechanics, movement science, and psychology — to better understand how to maximise physical and mental performance without compromising long-term health.
This pursuit has shaped my coaching philosophy: build strong, functional bodies that move well, feel better, and stay pain-free. I specialise in posture correction, back and shoulder pain relief, mobility restoration, and addressing movement restrictions that limit performance and wellbeing.
Every program I deliver is the result of years of applied knowledge, ongoing study, and hands-on experience — tailored entirely to each client’s body, goals, and lifestyle.
